Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare it for production. You will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.

Local Orders (Within Ghana)
Production & Delivery: Orders are typically completed and delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
International Orders
Production Time: Your outfit is made within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
Standard Delivery: Estimated shipping time is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and courier service. Some destinations may take longer.
Express Delivery: Available at an additional fee for faster international shipping. Delivery times depend on your destination and the express courier service selected.
Shipping Partners: We use international couriers such as DHL and Ghana Post, depending on the destination and available services.

International production and shipping times are calculated separately.
Express shipping does not automatically shorten our standard production time.
Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, and courier-related delays.

Important: Since your outfit is sewn according to your selected size, garments correctly produced to those specifications are not eligible for discretionary size-related exchanges if you choose an unsuitable size.

Express International Delivery: Faster international shipping is available at an additional fee, depending on your destination and courier service. Rush production may also be arranged upon request.
